Headed to Scrap Orchard…

I can NOT believe I am posting this but tomorrow (Thursday) will be my last day at ScrapMatters, it seems a little surreal. I have been there since 2008 - well since I started digi really and I can hardly believe that I have decided to move to another store. I am not retiring, just moving to another store – what store would that be?  Scrap Orchard!

I am very excited about the move – just never thought it would happen.

Hybrid Challenge: Party Favors

If you love challenges and love hybrid or feel like you might want to give it a try, you should check out the hybrid challenges over at ScrapMatters. I always get lots of ideas for projects I want to try myself.

This month's Getting Hybrid challenge is about party favors. And I want to show you a few templates in Krisi's shop that make creating party favors super easy.

These Tag Templates, for example, are great if you want a very quick and cute project. Just fill a cellophane bag with goodies and close it with one of these tags.

Another fabulous party template is the Cake Slice.



If you make enough cake slices for a whole cake you have a gorgeous centerpiece for your party and your guests will love to get a piece of it to take home.

Sunshine & LDS Blog Train Wall Art too!

Busy day here on the blog. I must first start by saying where did August go? For the first time I have created something for the September Mix A Kit at ScrapMatters.  I have this fun Wall Art, but be sure to check out every thing really well.. Remember that if you have a photo layering program (like Adobe Elements, Adobe Photoshop, Creative Memories SBC, etc.) you can change the color of each item before you print them.  For those without a photo layering program I have included a JPG and PDF version for you to just send to the photo lab and have it printed.  This is the case with all Wall Art that I create.  You do have the option to have me customize the colors for $5 more.

I just love how bright and cheery it is. Check out this one that I did up for my daughters room.

Wall Art: ABC’s and I {heart} U

I have really enjoyed creating some fresh, new and funky art for our house.

This week I have a new piece I made up for my daughters room. I went ahead and included the full alphabet to make this an even more versatile product.  Customize the colors yourself – change items out for alphas from your favorite digital scrapbooking kit. The possibilities are endless.

Wow this past month just flew by. Can you believe that I have not released a product since June!  Yikes. I need to get busy designing.  I did enjoy the month with my family though.
